Workshop Fee: E-mail or phone ([888] 291-5061 Pin #9391) for workshop prices. We require a 10 person workshop minimum. We will pay the workshop fee for the eleventh person. Make checks payable to OPERATION BOOKWORM.

Risk-Free Registration: Your paid workshop fee, minus a $25 processing fee per person, will be refunded only if we receive notification 2 weeks prior to the workshop date. No refunds will be given for cancellations less than 2 weeks before the workshop. You may send a different person to the workshop if necessary. If we must cancel the workshop for any reason, 100% of your paid workshop fee will be refunded.
